| Evaluation of Quality in SUPSAN
Quality has the first priority since Supsan was founded.
Supsan met for the first time with quality audits on November 1989 made by Oyak Renault which was ended with a 93/100 grade. Many audits are passed during year. Some are:
On May 1994, the audit made by BVQI ended with a succes and Supsan got the ISO 9002 quality assurance system certificate.
On May 1997, ISO 9002 certificate was renewed.
On Feb 1998, after passing succesfully the process audit made by Ford Otosan, Supsan added Ford to its portfolio of customers which are not appliying incoming quality control as Oyak Renault and Tofaş Fiat.
On Feb 1999, Laboratory audit made by Oyak Renault passed with a succes.
On Apr 2000, Supsan got the QS 9000 certificate.
On Nov 2001, Supsan passed the EAQF 94 audit made by Renault for continuing its Grade A supplier status.
For Supsan year 2002 was the year of foreign customers audits. Eaton Italy, Eaton America, Renault, Nissan, PSA and Volkswagen audits are passed with succeses.
Supsan passed ISO/TS 16949:2002 audit on May 2003 got this certificate.
Supsan is continuing its studies to get ISO 14001 and Ford Q1 certificates in year 2005.
